    Holiday homes Pilkopė

Pilkopė (en. “Grey Dune”) – one of the most beautiful reconstructions in Lithuania, featuring graceful and light Brolis thermo timber.

This pearl of modernist architecture was created according to a project by architect Jurgis Algimantas Zaviša in 1978 and repeats the shape of the nearby dune, also known as the Grey Dune. In 2023, these holiday homes were updated according to a design by UAB “Laimos ir Ginto Projektai”.

For several years now, the façades, made from specially textured and greyed Brolis thermo timber panels weathered by coastal winds, have looked wonderful and flawless. Meanwhile, the uncoated, naturally greying thermally modified timber terraces allow you to relax in style. Pilkopė blends sustainably and perfectly into the unique landscape of Neringa.
