We have launched our top-notch BROLIS TIMBER Themowood plant in the end of 2022. The production is located in the Kaunas Free Economic Zone and is running full capacity by now. The storage and production premises make up 2,500 m2.

When designing the new BROLIS headquarters, we wanted to reflect the values ​​that are important to us, therefore our architecture embodies the emphasis on human well-being and sustainability. Large windows, rarely found in Lithuanian industrial buildings, turned out to be a fully justified investment, for they allow our people to enjoy daylight and beautiful meadows, to increase the sense of well-being. On the other hand, at BROLIS we are not afraid of transparency, we are proud to expose our orderly and well-running production.

Wooden facades are also a natural choice. We know that ThermoWood is very durable, low-maintenance and stable in dimensions, therefore, perfect for such industrial buildings. BROLIS warehouse facades are completely natural, uncoated, left to weather and blend organically into the natural landscape. It has been proven that using wood in architecture has a positive psychological effect on people living or working there. We hope this serves as an advantage for our precious employees.
