This villa by the lake is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of its surroundings, including the crystal-clear lake and the surrounding forests in the Molėtai district. Clean lines, refined details and transparency allow natural light to flood into the house, enabling the architecture to interact with the surrounding landscape.

The rectangular design with sloping roofs creates a sculptural form. This design prioritises connection with the landscape and indoor-outdoor living. Materials typical of the region were used in the building’s construction. Wood was used for the wall cladding and concrete for the terrace. In some places, wood has been replaced with slate tiles, which were also chosen for the roof.
