As you can see, we are literally rocketing forward. And – we continue the tradition – this time along the river Nemunas to the birthplace of our dear Vaidutis. On the way, a poetic tasting of oysters (a challenge for some ), then the cosiest stop at Vaidutis, with delicious apple pie and heart warming tea, then at the wonderful Ladies’ Club of Lekėčiai to learn how to bake heritage cake Šakotis and other ancient secrets of food and medicine, then after two shots of special liquid… everything is perfect and the agenda evolves naturally with someone playing guitars, singing, sauna…enjoying the company.
At 17, you already understand that it won’t be easy or really perfect, but you know that it can be done and you are eager to take the challenge.
